Adults $40. Seniors/Students $35.
Dinner and a Show $99.
DINNER AND A SHOW
Dinner seating will be between 4:30 and 5:00 pm to assure that there is enough time to make your way to the Monuments Arts and Cultural Center before the show.
As this is a special event, the menu will be limited and you must pre-order your meal.
You must bring your ticket to dinner to verify that the dinner ticket has been purchased. Failure to do so will result in the charging of the full price meal.
Drinks and dessert are not included in the ticket price. A limited drink menu will be available to purchase at the Four Chimneys. Please note: taxes are included in the ticket price, however, gratuity for the Four Chimneys servers is not included.
Below is the fixed menu with the appetizer and entrée choices:
Bread & whipped butter
Appetizer:
Little leaf salad
- green apple, dried cranberries, walnuts, blue cheese ~champagne vinaigrette
~ or ~
Roasted red pepper and tomato soup
- creme fraiche & basil oil ~ westminster crackers
Entree:
Herb roasted chicken
w/ veloute sauce, au gratin potato, blistered green beans
~or~
Autumn risotto
Parmesan & spinach cream sauce, roasted vegetables
*Herb mushrooms ~or~ Italian Sausage (both for an additional $8)
Dessert: available for purchase for $15 at The Four Chimneys
Maple creme brulee
whipped cream & berries

Flourless chocolate torte
raspberry sauce, whipped cream & berries
Once you have your choices made, please call the Four Chimneys at 802-447-3500 or send an email to innkeeper@fourchimneys.com to notify them of your choices and to confirm your dinner reservation.
A minimum of 10 tickets must be sold each evening for the event to take place. If this minimum is not met, dinner will be cancelled and the dinner cost will be refunded to you.
