A Mini-Musical Theatre Workshop for Adults! By popular request, we are offering a one day Summer Musical Theatre Workshop specially designed for adults! Come ready to sing and dance the day away with experienced educators Lynn Sweet and Jen Jessen along with Broadway professional Jelani Remy (credits include The Lion King, Ain't Too Proud and Back to the Future and more!) The workshop will conclude with the opportunity to perform in a Showcase on Friday, July 31st
Registration is a two step process:

August 3rd through 14th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Performances: August 14th 7:00 p.m. & August 15th at 2:00 p.m.
Grade entering in the fall: 3-12
Price: $450.00
Students will take classes in acting, character development, music, vocal technique, musical theatre, dance, juggling, lighting, sound, and set design. Throughout the program, they will rehearse and perform in a fully produced production of Matilda Jr., an abridged adaptation of the full-length stage musical.
Performance Placement Audition:
Fill out the linked form and video upload. Please attach a video singing 16 bars of a Broadway song. We contact you about a callback date so we may cast you in a role that will serve your qualifications and the show.

August 10th through 21st from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Performances: August 21st at 2:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m.

Workshop will conclude with a Showcase on Friday, July 31st at 7:00 p.m.

Spend 5 days refining your Musical Theatre skills in beautiful Bennington, VT 350 Seat proscenium theatre. Sessions include scene and song study, staging and choreography as well as individual coaching and audition skills preparation.
Work closely with experienced Music and Theatre educators Lynn Sweet, Jennifer Jessen & and Broadway Professional - Jelani Remy (credits include The Lion King, Ain't Too Proud and Back to the Future and More!). Participants are encouraged to come with at least one song from the Musical Theatre canon that they would like to study.
