It's Never Too Late to Take the Stage.

Who this is for: Adults who love theatre, enjoy music and movement, want to try something new, or want the experience of learning a Broadway-style production number in a supportive setting.

This one-day workshop gives adult participants the chance to work with Broadway performer Jelani Remy in a fun, energetic musical theatre environment. Participants will learn a Broadway-style production number inspired by one of the shows Jelani has performed in, while working on music, movement, staging, and performance style.

The workshop is designed to be welcoming and encouraging. Participants do not need to be professional performers. The goal is to enjoy the experience, learn from a Broadway professional, and discover the excitement of rehearsing a production number with a group. Adult workshop participants will perform the number as part of the Musical Theatre Workshop showcase on Friday, July 31 at 7:00 PM.
